Araz Construction Group is a Southern California general contractor specializing in sustainable energy infrastructure, including EV charging and geothermal projects, alongside commercial, civil, and multifamily developments. Dedicated to environmental stewardship and reducing carbon footprints, Araz self-performs critical scopes, such as sitework, foundations, and engineering structures, while seamlessly integrating renewable systems into every build. By consolidating these phases under a single contract, Araz eliminates communication gaps, minimizes delays, and ensures strict accountability from ground to grid, all driven by the decades of collective hands-on engineering, project management, and field execution experience of its team.
Who we are
One company, from the ground up.
Most projects are built by a chain of companies: one grades the site, another pours the structure, a third shows up late to fit the systems in. Every handoff in that chain is a seam, and seams are where budgets move and schedules slip.
We structured Araz so the seams never open: sitework, concrete, structure, and energy are divisions of one company, priced by one office, accountable to one schedule.
It's also why energy leads the divisions rather than trailing the trades: the systems a building is approved on are engineered in from the first drawing, not fitted around a finished shell.

What actually happens during feasibility?
We walk the site and test what it supports: soil, utilities, access, zoning, and what the agency is likely to approve. You get a straight read on what the ground will hold, what it will take to build there, and where the risk sits. Design starts from that instead of from assumptions.
Fixed price or cost-plus?
Both. The contract form should match the risk. A fully drawn scope on understood ground can carry a fixed number; a project still moving through design is better held in a structure that prices decisions as they're made. We recommend a form once we've seen the drawings and the site, and we tell you why.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Licensed as a California contractor and insured for the work we take on. Don't take that on faith, from us or from anyone: every contractor's license can be verified with the CSLB, and we'd rather you look ours up than wonder. The paperwork is available before you sign anything.
What kind of projects do you take on?
