Terms of use

Last updated July 28, 2026

The short version: browse freely, treat what you read as information rather than an offer, and get anything that matters in writing.

Using the site

You're welcome to browse, read, and share links to anything here. Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break it, overload it, probe it for weaknesses, or use it to send anything unlawful.

Content is information, not an offer

Project descriptions and photographs on this site are illustrative. They show the kind of work we do, not a promise of what your project will look like or cost.

Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, or professional advice. Pricing, scope, and schedule exist in one place: a written contract signed by both sides. If it isn't in the contract, it isn't part of the deal.

Intellectual property

The text, design, and imagery on this site belong to Araz Construction Group or to the photographers and licensors who provided them. Link to the site freely; don't republish its content commercially without asking first.

Where the site links elsewhere, to social profiles or the state license board, those sites are run by other people. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content.

No warranty

The site is provided as it stands. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise it will be free of errors or interruptions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Araz Construction Group isn't liable for damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site changes; the date at the top says when we last did. Continuing to use the site means the current version applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
